The federal government has announced a fresh reduction in petroleum prices across
Pakistan, lowering petrol by **Rs4.08 per litre** and high-speed diesel by **Rs2.45
per litre**. The revised rates took effect nationwide on Tuesday, August 4.

Under the latest notification, the price of petrol has fallen from **Rs336.03 to
Rs331.95 per litre**, while high-speed diesel has been reduced from **Rs392.38 to
Rs389.93 per litre**.
